True Level uses account, registration, team, tournament, match, notification, and score-submission data to operate tournament workflows and player tools.

Authentication is handled through the platform auth flow. Match and tournament data may be visible to admins and, where appropriate, public tournament pages.

Score screenshots, chat messages, issue reports, and registration details should be submitted only when relevant to an official tournament workflow.
